Fresh and processed garlic trade differently. Fresh garlic moves on a spot market, needs a 40' reefer container, and prices change weekly. What is the minimum order quantity for garlic from China?

Can I get samples before ordering a full container?
Yes. We send samples by international courier so you can verify size, skin quality, flavor, and packaging before committing to a container. For processed products such as dehydrated or black garlic, we can also arrange trial quantities below the standard MOQ.
What certifications do I need to import Chinese garlic?
Requirements depend on your destination market. Every shipment leaves with a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of origin. Beyond that, we match your order to producers holding HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, Global GAP, Kosher, Halal, or Organic certification, selected from the 900+ Jinxiang companies with their own export rights.
Can I combine different products in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers are routine: fresh garlic with onions and ginger in one 40' reefer, or several dehydrated formats in one 40' dry container. Each product in the load is inspected separately and carries its own documentation, so customs clearance at destination stays straightforward.
Is Jinxiang garlic available year-round?
Yes. New-crop garlic ships from June, right after the late May-June harvest. The rest of the year we supply from our own cold storage held at -2°C to 0°C, inside a regional network of 5,000+ cold stores with over 5 million tonnes of capacity. Dehydrated garlic keeps up to 6 years, so it ships in any month.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C at sight (letter of credit), and D/P (documents against payment). Terms are fixed in the sales contract before production begins, and lead time from order confirmation to port loading is 7-15 days.
